Open Positions:
- Install and assemble cabinets, shelves, benchtops, and related fixtures according to specifications and design plans.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete installations accurately and efficiently.
- Inspect and verify the quality and functionality of the installed cabinets, making adjustments and repairs as necessary.
- Collaborate with the design and manufacturing teams to ensure accurate interpretation of design plans and project requirements.
- Provide guidance and supervision to junior installers, assisting with training and ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and installation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper care of tools and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any concerns or questions regarding the installation process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues that may arise during projects.
- Stay updated with industry trends, techniques, and best practices in cabinet making and installation.
- Adhere to project schedules and deadlines, managing time effectively to ensure timely completion of installations.
To be considered for this role you will need :
- Proven experience in cabinet making and installation, with a minimum of 3 years as a Senior Installer or a similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of cabinet making techniques, materials, and hardware.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment relevant to cabinet making and installation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle installation challenges effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and communicate with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various settings.
- Understand the requirement to maintain a safe working environment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Meeting with clients to ascertain the intended functions and appearance of each space.
- Anticipating and informing clients of additional features which may be of use to them.
- Giving careful consideration to the placement of water and electrical systems to ensure safety.
- Creating a plan which details the layout and appearance of all installations and loose furniture.
- Suggesting appropriate materials and finishes.
- Assisting clients to select and supervise the work of independent contractors, so that their duties are conducted in accordance with clients’ visions.
- Informing clients about appropriate care for their kitchens.
- Keeping a record of hours and activities completed to ensure that clients are billed accurately.
- Observing prescribed building and safety regulations.
Kitchen Designer Requirements :
- Preferred Designer School Qualification .
- Prior experience as a kitchen designer.
- Familiarity with appropriate design and visualization tools.
- Catalog of completed blueprints, plus completed kitchens.
In-depth knowledge of and strict adherence to the area’s building codes. - Top-notch communication and customer service skills.

- Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as carpenter.
- Hands-on experience in working with carpentry materials.
- Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction.
- Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers etc.).
- Ability to read technical documents and drawings.
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Good understanding of basic math.
- Good physical condition and endurance.
- High school diploma; Successful completion of a carpentry apprenticeship program is required.
Responsibilities :
- Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to fully grasp requirements.
- Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed cut, shape and smooth lumber and other material (e.g. fiberglass) according to measurements.
- Build window frames, doors, staircases and frame buildings by using raw materials or pre-constructed items.
- Lay out floorings, roofings or drywalls ensuring they are leveled and compatible.
- Carve and assemble furniture, shelves and other items and install them where designated.
- Inspect places and conduct repairs or maintenance.
